FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: inner surface of ball bearing insert represents two semi-spheres coupled via transition element (lmk), first inner spherical surface (15) on the side of inserts face mates ball pin head spherical surface Rsphere and coupled with inner surface of element (lmk) via chamfer or fillet with rounded angles, while second spherical inner surface of contour of elastic elements (13), in initial state without heat fitted in said insert, features radius R2 selected from 0.9 to 1.1·Rsphere. Inner surface of element (lmk) is equidistant to insert outer surface to make horizontal lubing groove. Center of radius of inner surfaces of the shape of elements (13) features displacement (t) along axis Y-Y and with shift from 0 to t1 along axis X-X so that inner spherical surface of elastic elements (13) with radius R2 in unloaded state crosses Rsphere conditional head and penetrates therein. Note here that, after assembly, inner surface of elements (13) matches the shape of Rsphere head while outer surface of said elements corresponds to that of Rsphere hinge body space. Insert inner surface has meridian lubing grooves changing into radial cutouts of side surface and axial cutouts of face surface.
EFFECT: rigid structure, higher reliability.
