SUBSTANCE: claimed technical solution relates to electric heating devices intended for heating and evaporation of water in flow rate mode and in closed water and steam-water circuits. Essence of invention consists in the fact that in order to fulfill these conditions and to ensure energy super efficiency of industrial plants at minimum hydraulic resistance of system it is proposed to make electrode in form of toroid.

EFFECT: making an electrode in the form of a toroid and using a toroidal electrode provide for the energy efficiency of industrial installations with minimum hydraulic resistance of the system.
