FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: solid-state capacitor with dielectric layer made of nanopowder of dielectric relates to solid-state nano- and microelectronics, in particular, to supercapacitors or ionistors. Solid-state capacitor-ionistor contains two electrodes from porous carbon and a layer of dielectric material made from multicomponent oxide in the form of a compact. Compact is obtained by treatment with monoaxial pressure of 40 MPa, and then with hydrostatic pressure of 50 MPa from monodispersed nanopowder with particle size of 7.5–96 nm.
EFFECT: elimination of negative effect of leakage currents on limiting temperature and capacitance characteristics of solid-state ionistor is technical result of invention; in addition, the device is capable of scalability in the submicroscopic size range.
