FIELD: capacitors.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of supercapacitors and can be used in power systems operating at the expense of stored electrical energy, in particular solar energy, as storage devices and autonomous power supplies with controlled charge and discharge characteristics. Summary of the invention: in a supercapacitor consisting of a substrate of a dielectric material on which a layer of metal – the first electrode conjugated along the boundary with the next layer of the superionic conductor, the layer of the superionic conductor, second electrode of a conductive material that has a conjugated boundary with a layer of a superionic conductor, new one is that the substrate is made in the form of a hollow cylinder on the surface of which the first electrode, the interface layer, the active layer of the superionic conductor, the second electrode are applied successively. As a superionic conductor, a modified potassium polythitanate is used, the first electrode is in the form of a submicron film of an inert metal, the interface layers and the second electrode consist of a nanopowder active metal.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the specific (per unit capacity, volume and weight) capacity of accumulated electrical energy.
