SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and analogue microelectronics and can be used in high-speed analogue and analogue-to-digital interfaces for processing signals of sensors. Current threshold ternary element has six input field transistors, four bias voltage sources, four current mirrors, four reference current sources, device inputs and outputs.
EFFECT: creation of current threshold ternary element, in which internal conversion of information is carried out in multivalued current form of signals, which increases efficiency of information conversion devices.
