SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to oral care. Anhydrous composition for oral care, where all ingredients are acceptable for oral cavity, contains from 0.2 % to 10 % of potassium peroxymonosulfate-based bleaching agent; from 5 % to 40 % of structure-forming agent and from 5 % to 50 % of non-aqueous dispersant, each in terms of total weight of oral care composition, where the non-aqueous dispersant contains 20–60 % of a poloxamer, 5–20 % of polyethylene glycol and 5–50 % of non-aqueous liquid triacetin, each of which is measured by weight of the composition, where the structure-forming agent contains a polyvinylpyrrolidone/vinyl acetate copolymer, wherein the moisture content of the oral care composition is approximately 5 % or less, wherein the non-aqueous oral care composition contains no glycerol, sorbitol and propylene glycol. Also disclosed is a method for teeth surface whitening.
