FIELD: hygiene.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to an oral care composition. Composition is single-phase and contains enzyme perhydrolase, which catalyses formation of peracid acid between a hydrogen peroxide source and an acyl group donor, an anhydrous matrix, made with possibility of at least partial stabilization of enzyme. Anhydrous matrix contains specified sources of hydrogen peroxide and acyl group donor, water-free anhydrous liquid and thickener. Method for stabilizing an enzyme in an oral care composition involves contacting the enzyme with an anhydrous matrix. Teeth whitening method involves contacting the oral care composition with water on the dental surface, which enables to produce peracid acid.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides stability of bleaching composition in conditions of accelerated aging, where loss of hydrogen peroxide is minimized.
