SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to oral care. Composition for oral care contains from 50 wt. % to 94 wt. % non-aqueous liquid in terms of total weight of oral care composition and from 6 wt. % to 20 wt. % structure-forming agent based on fatty acid in terms of total weight of oral care composition, where the fatty acid-based structure-based agent includes 12-HSA, where the non-aqueous liquid contains at least one of propylene-glycol (PGDA) triacetin and diacetate and where the non-aqueous liquid and the fatty acid-based structure-forming agent are present in a weight ratio of 9:1 to 4:1. Also disclosed is another embodiment of the oral care composition.
EFFECT: group of inventions ensures uniformity of gels or waxes in which phase separation is not observed.
