SUBSTANCE: invention offers a tobacco extract production method involving (a) providing tobacco and a catching solvent in a septum-separated vessel in which the tobacco and entrapping solvent are separated from each other by a partition and the vessel is configured such that tobacco and a trapping solvent can not contact each other; (b) passing a stream of a supercritical solvent for extraction through a vessel, wherein the solvent for extraction and the dissolved substances can pass through the partition; due to which tobacco components are extracted from tobacco into solvent for extraction and transferred through partition, wherein the extraction solvent is in contact with the entrapping solvent and the tobacco components are transferred from the supercritical solvent for extraction into the entrapping solvent.

EFFECT: disclosed are methods of producing tobacco extract.
