FIELD: measurement.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to measure parameters of electric fields in rock mass to control its properties and geomechanical state. Summary of invention is that non-polarizing electrode for electrical prospecting in bore pits of small diameter contains copper electrode, porous elastic contact element and cylindrical low-permeable reservoir with electrolyte, wherein copper electrode is made in form of thin-walled perforated pipe with outer diameter, by 8–12 mm less than diameter of control blast hole, into cavity of which electrolyte is poured, and cylindrical low-permeable reservoir covers openings of copper electrode, acting as system of capillary bridges, supplying electrolyte to porous elastic contact element.
EFFECT: possibility of increasing unredressing period of a non-polarized electrode during measurements in bore pits of small diameter.
