SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a display unit for communication and/or control of an agricultural implement and to a method of displaying notification information on a given unit. Display unit is connected to the agricultural implement to provide input and operation control means, as well as to control the weapon state and adjustment. Notification system may provide multi-level alerts based on the severity of alerts in order to provide the user with notification of one or more problems associated with the tool or its operation. At that, levels include notification of the first level, notification of the second level and notification of the third level, besides, notification of the third level stops operation of agricultural tools until notification is processed.

EFFECT: broader functional capabilities of the device by providing multi-level alerts based on the severity of notification with the possibility of automatically stopping operation of agricultural equipment when notifying the third level until the alert is processed.
