SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a flow stabilizing manifold for use in a multiphase flow measurement system. Flow stabilizing header includes a chamber having an inlet connected to the end of the inlet pipe and an outlet, connected to the outlet container end. Lowest point of the inlet hole is located on the lower part of the side wall of the chamber or nearby it. Outlet hole is located in side wall of chamber, where lowest point of outlet hole is shifted in vertical direction and is located above lowest point of inlet opening, when chamber is in working position. Chamber comprises phase distributor, located downstream of the inlet opening and configured to distribute the liquid and gaseous phases of the inlet flow of the multiphase mixture from the inlet pipe inside the chamber. Resistance device to outlet flow reduces or resists outflow of liquid from chamber.
EFFECT: technical result is increase in flow measurement accuracy.
