FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil industry and can be used for measurement of flow rate of wells. First version: the input liquid line before the separator is equipped with hydraulic cyclone connected via liquid pipe with the lower part of separator and via gas pipe with the upper part of separator. Inside the separator in its upper part there is inner hydraulic cyclone with inlet branch pipe and gate. In the lower internal part of the separator there are two annular vessels forming a siphon, between which there is a splitter coupled with internal hydraulic cyclone by gas pipe. Output liquid line separator is connected to a mist Eliminator, inside of which in its middle part the cyclone, in upper part-density meter, pressure and temperature sensors connected to the computing element. Lower part of demister through the gate valve is connected to the common measuring line, and its top is directly connected to the common measuring line, where there is compensation vessel mounted before shutoff valve interconnected with the gathering collector. According to the second option inside upper part of demister there is a density meter, pressure and temperature sensors connected to the computing element, in the middle part there are hydraulic cyclone, circular vessels with splitter, forming a siphon, while the lower part of demister is connected with the gathering collector through the pipe and gate valve. Upper part of demister is connected directly to the common measuring line, where there is compensation vessel mounted before shutoff valve interconnected with the gathering collector.
EFFECT: technical result is aimed at improvement of accuracy of measuring flow rate in oil wells.
