FIBER-OPTIC SENSOR AND METHOD OF ITS MOLDING ON ANALYZED OBJECT Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC G01L1/24 G01K11/32 G02B6/02

Abstract RU 2730436 C1

FIELD: fiber-optic sensors.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fiber-optic sensors and their manufacturing. Fiber-optic sensor consists of a fiber-optic sensitive element located inside the optical fiber with an acrylate coating, a cured adhesive substrate from high-temperature moisture-resistant epoxy adhesive, reinforced buffer coating, as well as an element for attachment of a reinforced buffer coating made from the same material as said cured adhesive substrate. At that, the fiber-optic sensitive element is made in the form of a fiber Bragg grating recorded in an optical fiber or intrafiber Fabry-Perot interferometer made from mirrors sprayed on fibers ends, and the cured adhesive substrate is formed by means of silicone equipment, which is installed during the manufacturing of the fiber-optic sensor on the surface of the analyzed object and serves for the epoxy glue filling. Method of manufacturing a fiber-optic sensor comprises coating optical fiber with a fiber-optic sensitive element with reinforced buffer coating and its further positioning in silicone equipment, then silicone fixture is fixed on surface of analyzed object by means of adhesive tape, through holes in silicone fixture is introduced epoxy adhesive until complete filling of cavities in silicone fixture and held workpiece of fiber-optic sensor to complete curing of epoxy adhesive, after which silicone fittings are removed from the surface of the analyzed object.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of accuracy of sensor measurements.
