FIELD: computer equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of controlling connection between users of a first profile class and users of a second profile class based on spatial proximity. Method describes control of connection between users, when first device is within first predetermined proximity to real estate for sale based on location data from GPS sensor of first mobile device, and second mobile device is within second predetermined spatial proximity to property for sale based on location data from corresponding GPS sensors of one or more additional mobile devices from a set thereof. First mobile device receives a notification identifying the real estate object and at least the second user of the second class. Message is received from first mobile device indicating selection of second user. First mobile device is connected to the second mobile device. Methods describe operation of connection control means between users of the first profile class and users of the second profile class based on spatial proximity.
EFFECT: technical result is simplification of communication connection between first mobile device and second mobile device associated with selected second user.
