FIELD: physics, communications.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a communication network which distributes and tracks advertisements in a mobile communication device. The method of allocating advertisement content to a mobile communication device is realised by identifying a set of advertising actions, each associated with a distinct communication function of the mobile communication device. Also, each action is associated with one of a set of icons such that each action is configured to be initiated in association with a communication function-specific payment in response to selection of the associated icon in the mobile device. The method of allocating advertisement content to a mobile communication device is also realised by selecting an advertising action from a set of advertising actions based on availability of the associated communication function for the mobile communication device. Attainability of the advertiser's goal is also possible through the associated communication function and the communication function-specific payment for the associated communication function.
EFFECT: easier creation, deployment and tracking through a market platform of an advertisement campaign on behalf of the advertiser for multiple mobile communication devices.
