FIELD: means for powder material storage and measured distribution.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises vertical hollow body having cylindrical upper part, conical central part shaped as funnel tapering downwards and cylindrical lower part. Bridge breaking unit is arranged in upper cylindrical part. Auger is located in lower cylindrical part. The bridge breaking unit and auger are provided with rotary shafts having drives. Bridge breaking unit includes several bridge breaking members cooperating directly with powder material. Each bridge breaking unit is made as plate with sharpened edges arranged one over another along the full height of cylindrical upper body part. Each bridge breaking member is fastened to corresponding hollow shaft and the bridge breaking members are coaxial with each other and auger rotation shaft. The auger is located inside all hollow shafts corresponding to each bridge breaking member and provided with gear wheels. Each gear wheel may be engaged with corresponding toothed segment wheel. Number of teeth of each gear wheel is equal to that of toothed segment wheels. If n number of bridge breaking members are used reference diameter D of toothed segment wheel is selected so that toothed segment wheel may be provided with integral number n of all gear wheel teeth. Toothed segment wheels are fixedly connected to common rotary shaft so that the teeth are turned through 360°/n angle one relative another. Lower gear wheel in brought into engagement with corresponding lower toothed segment wheel in initial position before metering operation beginning. Common rotary shaft of toothed segment wheels is provided with sensor, which determines number of shaft revolutions. The metering device is provided with receiving tray hingedly arranged below cylindrical lower body part and having counterweight and position sensor associated with bridge breaking member drive.
EFFECT: increased measuring accuracy, stability and reliability of powder material discharge with predetermined regulated speed, as well as simplified production, increased operational convenience and reliability of control mechanism and reduced power inputs.
