FIELD: chemical-pharmaceutical industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical-pharmaceutical industry, specifically to a method of producing dyer's madder syrup. Method of producing dyer's madder syrup, involving use of raw material and extractant, wherein the raw material used is represented by dyer's madder roots and rhizomes, ground to particles passing through sieve with 1 mm-diameter holes to obtain its aqueous extraction in ratio "raw material-extractant" 1:10; extractant is divided into 3 equal parts and successively infuses raw material with new portion of extractant for 24 hours, 12 hours, 12 hours; further extracted 30 minutes in a water bath at temperature of 90 °C and 15 minutes, followed by extraction using ultrasound at temperature of 40 °C, ultrasonic power of 60 W and frequency of 40 kHz; water extraction is evaporated till a thick extract with moisture content of not more than 25 %; 95 % ethanol in ratio 1:2 is introduced into the non-cooled thick extract; after cooling one adds sugar syrup to a syrup of the following composition: thick extract of dyer's madder roots and rhizomes – 3.5 g, 95 % ethyl alcohol – 7.0 g, sugar syrup – 32.5 g.
EFFECT: method leads to increased output of active substances, reduced single dose with intensified pharmacological effect, increased shelf life of this preparation to two years.
