FIELD: chemical-pharmaceutical industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical-pharmaceutical industry, specifically to a method of producing Chinese rhubarb extract in capsules. Described method of producing Chinese rhubarb extract in capsules, which includes use of roots of Chinese rhubarb as raw material, wherein water-alcohol extraction of roots of Chinese rhubarb is obtained by extraction with 60 % ethanol alcohol of Chinese rhubarb, ground to particle size passing through sieve with holes with diameter of 1 mm, in ratio "raw material-extractant" 1:6: extractant is divided into three parts, wherein 10.0 g of raw material is three times successively poured with 20 ml of 60 % ethyl alcohol, and successively infusing the feedstock with a new portion of extractant for 24 hours, 12 hours and 12 hours; then, for 30 minutes, extraction is carried out in a water bath at temperature of 90 °C and 15 minutes are extracted with ultrasound at temperature of 40 °C, ultrasonic power of 60 W and frequency of 40 kHz; evaporation of water-and-alcohol extraction of roots of Chinese rhubarb to a thick extract with moisture content of not more than 25 %, into non-cooled thick extract is added talc, after cooling potato starch is added in ratio of 1:0.8 to obtain the following composition: thick extract of Chinese rhubarb roots 0.27 g, talc 0.01 g, potato starch 0.22 g, after drying with produced mass enter enteric capsules 0.5 g.

EFFECT: method described above allows to increase output of active medicinal substances when producing Chinese rhubarb rhizome extract.
