FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to turbomachinery, namely, to turbomachine rotors, and can be used in aircraft power plants and test benches. Invention differs from existing ones in that it additionally measures working fluid temperature in hydrodynamic damper of turbo machine support, compares it with preset value and when condition T1 < T2, where T1 is current value of working fluid temperature; T2 is specified value of working fluid temperature; heating the working fluid to the specified temperature.
EFFECT: technical result of proposed stiffness control method of hydrodynamic dampers of turbomachine supports is to reduce level of vibration loads of supports of turbomachines at the moment of turbomachine start-up and before reaching steady-state mode due to reduced time of achieving design values of rigidity of hydrodynamic dampers of supports of turbine machines by means of additional measurement and control of working fluid temperature at the moment of its supply to hydrodynamic damper of support of turbomachine.
