FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to monocrystalline casting, particularly, to casting mold for monocrystalline casting, as well as to its manufacturing and to method of vacuum casting of metal material using said mold. Casting mold comprises a casting cavity containing a first volume and a second volume located on the first volume in connection with it and having at least one horizontal projection relative to the first volume, and a grain channel with a lower end connected to the first volume and with an upper end located adjacent to said horizontal projection of the second volume, wherein it includes a separating element located between said second volume of the casting cavity and the upper end of the grain channel so that to separate them.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to create a casting mold for casting parts with a large horizontal lateral projection corresponding to a blade flange of a turbomachine.
