FIELD: measurement.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment and automation, is a pressure sensor with integral temperature converter and can be used in small-size converters of pressure and temperature into electric signal. Pressure sensor with integral temperature converter of low power consumption includes housing with possibility of differential pressure supply to pressure sensitive element and having eight outputs for supply or removal of electric signal from pressure sensitive element and integral pressure converter. Sensitive pressure element, capable of measuring pressure drops at supply from two sides of element, comprises integral pressure converter, gasket and base, which are interconnected by low-melting glass and have through holes for supply of pressure from reverse side of integral pressure converter. Sensitive pressure element and integral temperature converter in form of Schottky diode are connected to housing by means of high-temperature adhesive and their aluminium contact pads are connected by aluminium wire with housing leads, wherein Schottky diode cathode can be integrated with aluminium contact site of integral pressure transducer with ground potential at single output of housing due to the presence of an anode of the integral temperature transducer, the breakdown inverse voltage has a high value. Schottky diode operation is based on the Schottky barrier potential, which reduces the forward voltage drop or the power consumption of the diodes with pn junctions. Characteristics of dependence of voltage drop on Schottky diode at direct displacement at different current ratings on temperature is linear in wide range of investigations.

EFFECT: technical result is reduction of power consumption of integrated temperature converter in form of Schottky diode.
