Technical result is achieved by receiving, from the first side from multiple sides, request for operation related to object; checking the requested operation and in response to checking that the requested operation is valid, instructing the operation to be performed; creating an entry for the operation and storing the entry in the distributed database, which is available to a plurality of sides, wherein checking of requested operation is based on set of rules agreed by multiple parties, wherein the set of rules determines one or more restrictions with respect to one or more operations relating to said object, and the created record is specific for said set of rules.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of reliability of user access control.
