FIELD: communication technology.
SUBSTANCE: terminal device receives a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) of a first type from a first network access device. First PDCCH type comprises first downlink control information (DCI), a first DCI comprising at least one information block, and each information unit of at least one information unit contains configuration information of transmission direction of at least one resource block, and said at least one resource block comprises at least one of frequency domain block, time domain unit and spatial region unit, wherein the higher layer configuration information comprises a parameter of the initial resource location of each information unit. Terminal device receives each information block based on the initial resource location parameter and performs data transmission based on each information unit.
EFFECT: technical result of invention consists in improvement of efficiency of using communication network resources.
