FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to buildings and structures, in particular, to multi-level parking lots buildings. Multi-level earthquake-resistant parking lot consisting of vertical reinforced concrete bearing racks and inter-floor reinforced concrete floor slabs, foundation support plate reinforced with piles, cargo-and-passenger lift in the middle of the building, as well as a two-lane road between floors. According to the outer shape the building is made with a truncated cone with a larger diameter in the foundation part, which is supplemented with a plate in the building base, and between said foundation plate, reinforced with piles, and additional board of building base provided seismic clearances, filled with inert material in form of sand cushion, and height of building is made equal to average diameter, building consists of several links, besides, the boundary of two adjacent links is an inter-floor monolithic reinforced concrete plate, which is monolithically fixed to said vertical reinforced concrete bearing racks and to walls of the cargo-passenger elevator shaft, wherein said vertical reinforced concrete bearing racks are arranged with a certain circumferential pitch in two rows: the first one is along the perimeter of the building, and the second one is closer to the centre to the cargo-passenger elevator.
EFFECT: object of the present invention is to increase economy, capacity and earthquake-proofing of a parking building.
