SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for providing information on an emergency message to an emergency call point. Device for providing an emergency alarm message to an emergency call point includes one touch interface, one communication interface and a control module configured to control said at least one sensor interface and a communication interface, determine information on passengers of the vehicle based on sensory data, and determine information on other participants involved in the accident based on sensory data. Information on other participants involved in the accident is divided into several categories. Control module is designed to recognize, based on recognition of objects in sensor data, at least part of other participants involved in traffic accident, distribution of other traffic participants involved in the accident on the basis of recognition of objects into several categories and provision of information on the emergency message through the communication interface on the basis of information on passengers of the vehicle and on the basis of information on other accident participants involved in the accident on the basis of sensor data.

EFFECT: enabling increase in the vehicle movement safety.
