SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to means of skin care part. Presented is a skin care attachment for a body care device intended for skin care. At that, the attachment comprises a plurality of bristles forming a peripheral surface enveloping a plurality of bristles along the circumference and forming an upper surface defining a first height of the bristles relative to the surface of the skin care nozzle on the skin care nozzle, wherein the skin care attachment additionally comprises a plurality of rotational elements. Each rotary element is made with possibility of rotation at application of force in tangential direction to surface of rotary element. Rotational elements surfaces are lower than the upper surface, and wherein surfaces of rotary elements at least partially extend beyond peripheral surface or surface of rotary elements do not extend beyond peripheral surface and are located at a distance from the peripheral surface selected from range of 0–100 % of the rotational member diameter. Also described are a body care device comprising the above nozzle, a set of parts containing these elements, and a method of skin care with the help of this device.
