FIELD: sheet material dispensers.

SUBSTANCE: device includes a mechanism for manual actuation of a roller of a dispensing device for sheet material for issuing a given length of sheet material. Mechanism comprises a frame element configured to be attached to the dispensing device casing, a driven member configured to be connected to the roller, a drive member configured to rotate about a rotational axis in a first direction by manual actuation by a user, a driven member coupled to the drive member. Axis of rotation is movably mounted on frame element for possibility of movement between first position, in which the driving member and the driven member are connected to each other to rotate the roller caused by the rotation of the drive member in a first direction, and a second position in which the drive member and the driven member are disengaged from each other to prevent rotation of the roller caused by rotation of the drive member in the first direction. Mechanism contains the first pressing element designed to press the rotation axis into the first position.

EFFECT: higher strength and reliability of dispenser.
