FIELD: medicine; technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a polymer composition used in medicine for making tires, bandages fixing bandages for limb and spinal immobilization in injuries and diseases of a human skeleton. Disclosed is a polymer composition for producing a moisture-curable immobilizing material, comprising a polyester, isocyanate, a catalyst. As polyester, it contains homopolymer of propylene oxide with molar mass of 3000, as isocyanate, it contains modified uretonimone 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate, as catalyst contains latent catalyst – mixture of triethylamine and oxalic acid in stoichiometric ratio, additionally contains gamma-aminopropyltriethoxysilane and vinyltrimethoxysilane.
EFFECT: increased stability during storage up to one year, increased antibacterial effect by 4 times, reduced bending stress by 2 times.
