SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the computer equipment. Method of obtaining network access involves determining, by the terminal device, the target control parameter ACB according to the target attribute information, containing at least one of the following: terminal device priority; information on service, to which data intended for transfer belong; or information on the core network providing the service to which the data intended for transmission belongs; and obtaining, by the terminal device, access to the network device according to the target control parameter ACB.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of efficiency of determining control parameter of access classes (ACB) prohibition.
