FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to operation of permanent bridges on permafrost soils and can be used for permanent operated bridges with pile foundations, permafrost bases of which are used according to principle I. Method of forced lowering of permafrost soil temperature in bases of pile foundation foundations of operated bridge is performed with cold atmospheric air. Barrels of seasonal-action cooling devices (SCD) are blown by cold air from an air turbo-refrigerating machine after complete pumping of liquid coolant therefrom, which is again poured into boreholes of SCD after bases have reached calculated negative temperature values.

EFFECT: technical result consists in provision of forced lowering to design negative temperature values of permafrost soil in bases of pile foundation foundations of operated axle without changing structures of foundations and depth of piles immersion into thickness of permafrost soil of bases.
