SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of structural polymer composite materials for shipbuilding, aircraft construction, industrial and civil construction. Structural material comprises a plurality of separate elements from a synthetic resin based synthetic foam and hollow microspheres and connecting them together with simultaneous provision of gaps between them, a common flexible base of reinforced plastic on the basis of synthetic resin and woven reinforcing material. General flexible base has the form of a continuous spatial structure with an internal volume in its thickness. General flexible base is made of plastic, reinforced with a stretchable fabric of voluminous weaving. Separate elements from the syntactic foam are located inside this structure.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to significantly improve the mechanical characteristics of the material at a high processability of its manufacture.
