FIELD: aerospace industry; thermal-protective systems with the variable density of the fibers.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the thermal-protective materials used for the aerospace industry and may be applied for protection of the surface subjected to the action of the intensive heat loading. The thermal-protective system contains the fiber basis consisting of the woven or non-woven fiber layers composed in the form of the multilayer material, or the basis produced by the method of the three-dimensional canework. At that the fiber basis has the variable density of the fibers with the density increasing into the depth of the thermal-protective material from the outer surface to the inner surface. The basis is impregnated with the organic resin, subjected to the carbonization, then it is impregnated with the ablation resin based on silicone. In the basis there is perforation and it is connected to the insulating substrate. The technical result of the invention is achievement of the high strength and the high-degree protection against oxidization at the rather low cost.
EFFECT: the invention ensures achievement of the high strength and the high-degree protection against oxidization at the rather low cost.
