FIELD: pipe production technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of tubes with bends from composite materials. Technical result is achieved by method of making pipe with bend from composite materials, which includes making preform of reinforcing fibers by radial braiding on mandrel and molding by impregnating under pressure. Note here that preform is braided onto rectilinear mandrel with silicone insert in pipe bending zone to extract rectilinear mandrel and insert from preform and to install preform of resilient tight hose inside, bend of preform and its placement in forming tooling. Further, a pressure impregnation molding process is carried out.

EFFECT: technical result is exclusion of folds with smaller radius of bending and rarefaction in zone of large radius, as well as simplicity of execution and high manufacturability.
