FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of articles from polymer composites. Preferably, proposed method is intended for production of aircraft critical complicated-shape structures. Forming core is made of rigid material with outer surface matching with article inner surface. Tight shell of elastic material is formed at said forming core. Article blank is made by laying reinforcing filler, layer-by-layer, on said tight shell with forming core there inside. Said blank is fitted in forming tooling. Polymer binder is used for bonding the reinforcing filler fibers. Article is formed with polymerisation of binder in said forming tooling, said shell acting on article blank on blank inner surface side. Formed article with core and elastic shell are withdrawn from forming tooling. Core and shell are withdrawn from formed article. Film with properties of elastic membrane is used as said elastic shell. Polymer binder is fed into reinforcing filler in forming or prior thereto. In forming, said forming tooling is heated to temperature required to reach polymer binder viscosity required for forming. Air or inert gas is forced at overpressure under elastic shell to bring pressure to blank material and cause uniform compaction over its entire volume.

EFFECT: higher quality of composite articles.
