FIELD: water and air purification technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for removal of dust and liquid mixed in compressed air. Filter element comprises filtration unit (2) having hollow profile; upper end cover (3), which is attached to upper end of filter unit, which is one of filtering unit ends in axial direction; and a lower end cover, which is attached to the lower end of the filter unit, which is opposite to the upper end of the filter unit. Filtering unit includes a central cavity into which compressed air is introduced, a hollow inner main component which has a porous structure and which surrounds the central cavity, hollow internal filtering element that surrounds the outer periphery of the inner main component, a hollow outer main component which has a porous structure and surrounds the outer periphery of the inner filtering component, and hollow external filtering component, which surrounds outer periphery of external main component. Upper end cover (3) includes inner peripheral wall (20), which is placed in central cavity (10) of internal filtering component (12), intermediate wall (21), which surrounds external periphery of external main component (13), and external peripheral wall (22), which surrounds external periphery of external filtering component (14). Inner peripheral wall, intermediate wall and outer peripheral wall are located in this order in direction from center of upper end cover to outer periphery of upper end cover. Height of intermediate wall (21) is less than height of outer peripheral wall (22) and height of inner peripheral wall (20). Inner side of upper end cover is filled with adhesive (5) having depth, which allows immersing intermediate wall (21) in adhesive. Filtering unit and the upper end cover are attached to each other in a state when the upper end part of the filtering unit is introduced into the adhesive.
EFFECT: higher quality of air cleaning due to exclusion of repeated dispersion of liquid, which was collected, due to prevention of non-uniform distribution of adhesive.
