FIELD: image forming apparatus; physics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to three-dimensional rotary X-ray imaging devices for use in computed tomography and identification of density of individual sections of an X-ray image. Calibration phantom positioning device during investigations of biological object microstructure, comprising sealed container with liquid, in which the test object and the composite cylindrical phantom calibration element is reinforced, characterized in that on the cover of the container there are two mutually attracting magnets magnetized in thickness, one of which, control, is located on outer side of said cover and is configured to move on cover surface, and other, controlled – on its inner side, wherein with the internal magnet a non-magnetic tube is rigidly connected, oriented perpendicular to the cover plane, a non-magnetic rod is inserted into the tube, position of which is fixed due to friction, at the free end of the rod, a calibration phantom is installed, which is installed coaxially with the axis of rotation of the container in close proximity to the investigated area of the object.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to change the position of the composite cylindrical calibration phantom relative to the investigated region of the investigated object without disturbing the tightness of the container.
