FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to tooling used in forming groove structures on optical surfaces with complex geometric shape, and can be used in mass production of convex and concave diffraction gratings with aspherical surfaces. Master-matrix contains a substrate with a working aspheric surface, on which a groove structure with a thin metal layer is formed. Master-matrix additionally contains internal and external aspherical layers from the cured polymer composition. Substrate is made with polished spherical surface, cured polymer composition of internal aspherical layer located between substrate and external aspherical layer, contains filler in form of powder with particle size of not more than 10 mcm from same pre-cured polymer composition, and groove structure with thin metal layer is formed on outer aspherical layer.
EFFECT: simplification of technology and reduction of labor intensity of manufacturing of master-matrix.
