FIELD: heat power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to determination of reliability of lining of high-temperature aggregates (industrial furnaces and buckets, power boilers, etc.). Disclosed is method of determining reliability of lining of high-temperature units, involves measuring physical parameters of object, at which reliability of lining of high-temperature units is determined by the lining operation reliability criterion for the stretching zone, determined by formula:
where σexp90 % is the permissible ultimate strength of the material for expansion, which is equal to 90 % of the expansion strength of this material; (σexp)i are the occurring temperature stresses at time moment i; (Xexp)i is length of expansion zone at time i, in which occurring temperature stresses (σexp)i exceeds permissible ultimate strength of material for expansion σexp90 %; τ is thermal operation time of high-temperature unit.
EFFECT: technical result of invention is obtaining data on reliability of lining of high-temperature units during their operation and use of said values for their operation.
