FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to industrial heat engineering, in particular to control of lining state of heat engineering unit. Accident risk assessment is determined based on data on residual life of their lining and assessment of severity of consequences of accident, and calculation of residual life heat engineering units is made taking into account changes during operation of parameters and their factors lining: temperature in the refractory layer, temperature stresses occurring in it , ultimate strength of the refractory, physical and chemical effect of the working space environment heat engineering unit, its composition, cavitation. At that, assessment of possibility and operating conditions of heat engineering unit at given moment of time is made based on matrix of risks assessment during destruction of their lining, which includes scale of assessment of probability of occurrence of accident, which is obtained by measurements of rate of wear of lining, as well as the operating time of the heat engineering unit, and a scale for assessing the severity of its consequences.
EFFECT: possibility of assessing accident risks of heat engineering units based on data on residual resource of their lining and assessment of severity of accident consequences.
