FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely immunology. Disclosed is a method for producing an allergoid based on bee venom. Method involves diluting raw bee venom in distilled water to a final concentration of 10 mg/ml, incubating, centrifuging and filtering the supernatant through a membrane filter with pore diameter of 0.22 mcm. Filtered extract is passed through a Sephadex G25 column and the fractions are concentrated by ultrafiltration on filters with pore diameter of 6–8 kDa. Purified bee venom allergen is treated with formaldehyde and incubated for 20–30 days at room temperature; the obtained allergoid solution is stabilized with sodium boron hydride, dialysis is performed, centrifuged for 20 minutes at 8000 rpm and filtered on membrane filters 0.22 mcm.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a hyposensitising allergoid for carrying out an allergen-specific immunotherapy in patients suffering allergy to bee venom.
