FIELD: allergy treatment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a recombinant polypeptide for the treatment and prevention of allergy to birch pollen and apple containing peptide fragments of the allergens Bet vl and Mal d 1 fused with the hepatitis B virus polypeptide PreS, represented by the amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO: 2, as well as to a vaccine composition for the treatment or prevention of allergy to birch pollen and apple containing an effective amount of the above recombinant polypeptide.
EFFECT: extension of the range of preparations against allergy.
