SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dermatology and dermatocosmetology, and can be used for elimination of cicatricial changes of forehead and cheeks. Medicinal agent used is hyaluronic acid by way of its injection until the intracicatricial volume is completely filled with subsequent microneedle damage to depth of 1–2 mm of the cicatricial tissue with capturing the healthy tissue to the blood outlet into the formed intracicatricial lacunas. Then antiseptic is applied on external surface of cicatrix for crust formation with its subsequent self-extinction. Therapeutic course is 8–10 procedures.

EFFECT: method provides reducing the time required for removal of cicatricial tissue, reducing skin injuries, reduction of pain sensations and increased speed of healing of the treated area due to simultaneous use of the medicinal preparation combined with a physical factor.
