FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, particularly, to production of deformed semi-finished product out of aluminium alloy. Method involves obtaining a melt, obtaining a cast ingot at temperature not less than 50 °C above liquidus and cooling rate of not less than 20 K/s, obtaining deformed semi-finished product by hot deformation at temperature not higher than 450 °C. Melt contains, wt. %: manganese 0.8–1.6, zirconium 0.15–0.4, iron 0.2–0.6, silicon 0.15–0.6 and copper 0.1–0.5, the rest is aluminium and unavoidable impurities are obtained based on aluminium can scrap. Prior to deformation, cast ingot is heated at 360–440 °C for 1–5 hours.
EFFECT: technical result is the creation of a method of producing deformed semi-products with high level of mechanical properties, including after heating at temperature of up to 300 °C, without using operations for homogenisation for ingots and hardening for deformed semi-products.
