FIELD: automotive industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to polyamide cord fabric. Technical result is achieved by polyamide cord fabric from polymer impregnated and thermally treated. At that, cord fabric threads are made of polyamide 6 fiber in two or more additions with total linear density (gage) of twisted thread 5600–6700 dtex. At that, cord fabric threads in impregnated and thermally treated state are characterized by torsion number of 160–240 rpm, minimum breaking load of 450–550 N and intermediate elongation of 3.0–3.5±0.5 % at 45 N. Impregnation is performed by composition based on latex.
EFFECT: technical result is reduced number of layers in multilayer tires while maintaining existing technology.
