SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for vehicles for movement on rails and on roads. Auto-flanged rail trolley for car wheel comprises housing equipped with rotating assembly and flanged wheels. Housing is held on rotating unit, remaining stationary, and the rotating assembly is attached to fasteners of vehicle wheel. Flanged wheels installed on the housing roll on the rails due to use of the vehicle wheel torque by holding the vehicle wheels against derailing.
EFFECT: enabling creation of reliable and easy-to-use and storage mechanical device.
