For the surgical management of the through idiopathic macular rupture in the lower part of the macular rupture by means of the intravitreal tweezers the maculorhexis in the form of a half moon with a pocket between the ILM and the retina is formed, as well as a flap of ILM, which is subsequently inverted and is filled with a retinal micro-nozzle into a previously formed pocket between the ILM and the retina.
EFFECT: method provides reducing traumatism in surgical intervention, complete closure of macular rupture, improvement and preservation of visual functions.
