FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the allocation of frequency-time radio resources by means of a scheduler in a mobile communication system. Multiple numerology schemes are defined, each of which differentially segments multiple radio resources of a mobile communication system into resource planning units. In calculation for each numerology scheme is given a set of reference resources, wherein each of them is associated with a set of radio resources applicable for selection according to the corresponding numerology scheme. Set of reference resources of at least one numbering scheme is overlapped with a set of reference resources of at least another numerology scheme in frequency and/or time domain. Resource allocation procedure is performed to allocate radio resources to one or more user terminals according to numerology diagrams. Resource allocation procedure is performed for each numerology scheme based on the planning time interval specified for the corresponding numerology scheme.
EFFECT: technical result is possibility of repeatedly allocating radio resources already allocated, according to another numerology scheme, having shorter TTI, to meet requirements for low delay time.
