SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of radio communication. One set is chosen from a lot of sets of beta offset values based on whether the uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmission is a transmission without using an uplink grant and with the ability to control the amount of resources for transmitting uplink control information on the uplink common channel (PUSCH) based on Beta bias values selected from the specified one set. Uplink control information is transmitted via the uplink common channel (PUSCH).
EFFECT: invention prevents a decrease in communication capacity when transmitting uplink control information (UCI) in the uplink common channel (PUSCH).
