SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of communications. To achieve the effect, the terminal comprises a receiving section configured to receive a Radio Resource Control (RRC) layer parameter indicating a fractional value of a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ-ACK) acknowledgment time interval of a subslot unit; and a control section configured to control, based on the specified RRC layer parameter, to transmit in the slot a plurality of uplink control channels (PUCCHs) for HARQ-ACK per subslot unit.
EFFECT: invention provides the ability to properly control at least one of determining and responding to the HARQ-ACK codebook.
